Full property deep clean - kitchens (including oven, hob, extractor, fridge interior), bathrooms (limescale, sanitary ware, grouting), all hard floors, carpets (machine cleaned where required), windows internal, skirting, doors and frames.
Crew lead walks the property against our deep-clean checklist (43 items), corrects any snags, and finalises photographic evidence.
Property is photographed empty and clean against a dated checklist. Evidence pack delivered to the letting agent same day. Invoice to the agent on standard 14- or 30-day terms.
