The crew creates safe access first, then clears in sequence. Personal documents, photographs and obvious valuables are isolated and handed back rather than mixed into the waste stream.
Bagged waste, damaged furniture and unwanted contents are removed under our waste-carrier licence. Rooms are swept down as they are completed so progress is visible immediately.
